Intro to what is an argument ?

Arguments are inevitable when comes to us humans.. this is because we all have different ways of thinking and approaching things. which is a good thing I believe because what would this world be if we all agreed on the same thing? probably not as progressive since the world began. Many people tend to think that when two individuals are screaming opposite statements at each other,that those two people are having an argument, when in reality they are having a contradiction. A contradiction is when one takes what another person is saying and reply with the complete opposite.
    

An argument in reality is when an individual takes a stand on a topic and provides evidence with logic and is able to convince an audience to accept his stance buy bringing something with value to the table. This is  also referred to as a formal argument. According to Aristotle, for an argument to be success and reach its purpose it must include Ethos, logos, and pathos. In addiction, writing a well developed argument requires a process. the argument must have Thesis followed by at least 3 supporting evidence and include a refutation of the opposing argument and end it with a concluding statement.
